During the COVID-19 pandemic shutdown, public libraries focused on providing digital services to their customers in place of physical collections. This session will discuss the role of Reader’s Advisory in the digital branch, as well as specific strategies for building an online Reader’s Advisory service. This session will discuss creating web-forms for Reader’s Advisory, building a team, workflow strategies, and promotion. Participants will also learn how to use this service to promote digital collections.
